  • Canada Wide Shipping

    We currently offer Canada Wide Shipping with orders sent via Canada Post.

    We do not ship to the United States or internationally at this time.

  • Shipping Timing & Delivery

    Your order will typically ship within 1-2 business days of your order being placed, at which time you will receive an email with your package’s tracking information.

    Once your order has been shipped via Canada Post, it will typically arrive within 5-7 business days. To check the status of your package, you can enter your tracking number via Canada Post online tracking.

  • Damaged in Transit

    If your Shree products are damaged within transit, we will work with you to replace your order at no extra cost. Please take photos of how your package arrived and contact our Support Team with your order # and information.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns

    If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your Health & Wellness Kit or other Shree products, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 14 days of your delivery date. Initiate a return through our Return Request Form, providing your order number and reason for return.

    Someone from our Support Team will get back to you shortly with next steps. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be required to ship the products back to us to receive a full refund.

  • Exchanges

    Will will typically accept exchanges of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

    Individual items from within your Health & Wellness Kit can not be exchanged, only the kit in its entirety. Accessories and replenishment products can be exchanged as long as they are unused and unopened.

    Fill out our Exchange Request Form and someone from our Support Team will get back to you shortly.

  • Warranty

    We currently offer a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty on the Golden Tiger Eye 21-Bead Mala and mantra cards in our Health & Wellness Kit.

    If you experience an issue with your mala bracelet, please get in touch with our Support Team via this contact form, including images showcasing the issue and your order number. We’ll do our best to get you back to practicing your daily ritual as soon as we can.

    If you experience an issue with any of the non-replenishable items in your Health & Wellness Kit, we may still be able to help you. Just get in touch with our Support Team and let us know what is occurring with your package.
